CCT

This template allows placing two or three adjacent implants:

a. The two arms extreme allows placing two premolars or a premolar and a molar, with the security distance of 1.5mm to the adjacent tooth always respected.
b. The three arms extreme, allows the sequence PPM (Premolar-Premolar-Molar) or the sequence PMM (Premolar-Molar-Molar).

CCT | 2 arms extreme

This template allows the easy placement of 2 implants adjacent to a tooth.

Se usa para cuando faltan:

  • a.- Two bicuspids (two central superior incisors, canine and bicuspid)./li>
  • b.- One premolar and a molar.

In case A, applying the proximal end to the remaining tooth, in this case the distal face of a canine, the position of the hole sets the initial preparation for the first bicuspid at 3.5 mm from the canine. When the socket is done the separation of the 4 mm implant is 1.5mm to the adjacent tooth. In the second tip we find two holes one for the Case A implants (separation distance of 7mm.) With the use of this opening and the preparation of the bed for two implants of 4mm, the distance that separates them is fixed at 3mm

Incase B,applying the proximal end to the remaining tooth, in this case the distal face of the first bicuspid, the position of the hole sets the initial preparation for the first bicuspid at 3.5 mm from the canine. When the socket is done the separation of the 4 mm implant is 1.5mm to the adjacent tooth. The template has two holes in the second end and in this case the remaining hole is used, which is at a distance of 9mm. With the use of this opening and the preparation of the bed for two implants of 4mm, the distance between them is fixed at 5 mm.

CCT | 3 arms extreme

his end is used for the placing of 3 implants adjacent to a tooth.

It is used in the following cases:

  • a.- premolar, premolar and molar.
  • b.- premolar, molar and molar.

In case A, applying the proximal end to the remaining tooth, in this case the distal face of a canine, the position of the hole which corresponds to the first premolar is already prepared, and sets the initial preparation to a 3.5 mm distance and at the end of the socket preparation, there is a separation of 1.5mm to the adjacent tooth. The template has two holes in the second arm, one for the second premolar which is at a distance of 7mm, and another hole on the third arm, which is at distance of 9mm. By using these holes, the preparation of the bed for 3 implants of 4mm ends with a separation distance of 3 mm for the premolars and 5mm for the molar, therefore it will be centered on the occlusal surface of the prosthetic teeth.

Incase B, applying the proximal end to the remaining tooth, in this case the distal face of the first bicuspid, the position of the hole sets the initial preparation for the second bicuspid at 3.5 mm from the first bicuspid. When the socket is done the separation of the 4 mm implant is 1.5mm to the adjacent tooth. The template has two holes in the second arm. The hole closest to the end, at a distance of 9mm will be used, as well as another hole in the third arm, which is also at a distance of 9mm. By using these arms and the preparation of the bed for 3 implants of 4mm, the distance between them is fixed at 5mm for the premolar and first molar and there is a distance of 5mm between implants centered on the occlusal surfaces of the molars.
